ESP was setup in September 2004 by it's managing partners Neal Clark and Simon Pearce with the simple aim of providing the best LEV testing service in the UK.  Both Neal and Simon have been directly involved with the testing of LEV systems for over 15 years working for number of consultancies. We have worked at senior levels in both small and large LEV testing companies and both decided that small is better.  We found that in a large company we spent too much time managing offer people and not doing what we enjoyed, working with new customers and actually doing the work involved in LEV testing.
