1. Small is better - by being small we can make sure that all the services we supply are of high quality, we belive that quality comes from professionalism and experience and not system based quality systems.
 
2. Quick to react - because we are small are can be quick to react to customers LEV testing needs.

3. Always give the correct advice - the new HSE guidance HSG258 clearly spells out the need for effective critical examination and test of LEV systems.  We have always told customers if their LEV systems are not controlling exposure.  We have always done this in order to improve employee health and to reduce risk to customers. 

4 Happy to change - we belive we offer a great LEV testing service, but we are always keen to make it better.  We listen to customer and tailor our reports so that they fit better into their safety management systems.
 
5. Look for improvements - we are always looking how we do things so we can make improvements.
